Welcome to the Avenues Street Fair 2025, where excitement and entertainment await! Immerse yourself in a world of activities and a jam-packed schedule that will keep you engaged throughout the event. From live performances to seeing all the vendors and enjoying freshly prepared food and drink, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 13th, and join us on 8th Avenue between D and K Streets for an unforgettable community celebration! Always Free Admission!

SCHEDULE

Opening Ceremony – 9:00 a.m. – East Stage at 8th Avenue & J Street – Join us and Salt Lake City Council member Chris Wharton and School Board Precinct 3 Council member Ashley Anderson, and with a flag ceremony by our Avenues Scout Troop 34 and Pack 3034, the Children’s Parade will begin!

Children’s Parade – 9:00 a.m. – Starts at 8th Avenue and the J Street Stage.The parade will travel west along the fair route and will end at the West Stage at D Street.

Children’s Activity Area – 9am to 6pm – Park at 8th Avenue and E Street

Live Music – all day at our D and J Street Stages. Scheduled to perform:

First Aid – all day, provided by LDS Hospital, corner of G Street and 8th Avenue.

EMTs – all day, provided by Holy Cross Hospital, 8th Avenue and I Street.

Portapotties – all day, 8th Avenue and the intersections of E, F, G, H, I, and J Streets

GACC Event Headquarters – all day, SE Corner of 8th Avenue and G Street.

FEATURED ARTIST – Trevor Dahl – 8th Avenue just east of the GACC booths between G and H Streets.

People’s Art Gallery – 9am to 6pm – 8th Avenue between G and H Streets.

ADA Dropoff areas – 9am to 6pm, 8th Avenue between D and E behind the D Street Stage, and 8th Avenue between J and K Street.

Wasatch Touring Bike Valet areas – 9am to 6pm – 8th Avenue between D and E behind the D Street Stage, and 8th Avenue between J and K Street.

Water Stations – all day – There will be free water available at multiple locations during the Fair: the Stage at 8th Avenue and D Street, every intersection, at the GACC booth, at the Bike Valet stations at each end of the Fair, and in the Children’s Activity Area.
