Utah Dark Sky License Plate

Get your Utah Dark Sky license plate and support dark sky activities at Utah State Parks. This specialty license plate was enabled by House Bill 88, passed in 2022.

Here are the steps to get yours:

• Fill out a Utah DMV form TC-203 to start your order. Then upload it to this google form with your contact information. The name of the special group license plate is “Utah’s Dark Skies” and the sponsoring organization is the “Utah State Parks.” Note that you need to sign the TC-203 form; you can do this electronically using your pdf viewer, docusign.com and/or by printing and scanning.
• Sign up on our shopify site to pledge your support. The cost is $47.50: $22.50 for the plate itself, plus $25.00 for the (yearly) contribution to the Utah State Parks’
• Dark Sky activities. www.darkskyutah.org/news-events/dark-sky-license-plate
• . Be patient: the state will start production only after 500+ orders. Shouldn’t be long!
