Advertise WITH THE GACC

The GACC newsletter, The Agenda, is mailed monthly to all of the approximately 9,000 residences and businesses within the Avenues boundaries, including the north side of South Temple, everything connecting to and east of Canyon Road leading to Memory Grove, all of Federal Heights, all of Arlington Hills, Northcrest and residences at the University of Utah. See our boundary map.

In addition to the printed newsletter sent via snail mail, we also publish an online version of our newsletter in full color with live url links and expanded articles.

Our September 2024 online version is shown below.

The purpose of our newsletter is to inform Avenues residents and businesses about our monthly community meetings and to provide information about community issues and the activities of the Greater Avenues Community Council.

Our newsletter volunteers compile and layout our newsletter monthly. We reserve the right to edit advertisements for content, appearance, and size. All ads in our newsletter print in grayscale (black and white). All ads in our online newsletter appear in full color with live url links.

HOW THE NEWSLETTER IS PRODUCED  –  The newsletter is laid out each month in Adobe InDesign. The deadline for all ads is the 15th of each month. Each ad is placed as a separate graphic into an separate text box. The newsletter is then packaged within InDesign and exported to a printer’s proof pdf.  We send each advertiser this proof before we go to print.  On the 20th of each month we send the final newsletter to the printer, Sun Lithography. They print the newsletter and deliver it to the bulk mail office of the US Postal Service. The newsletter is delivered by the last day of each month.

We prefer electronic format for the best resolution.
