Nov 18 Council Meeting allows public comment for important issues to the Avenues

Salt Lake City Council Meeting
Tuesday, Nov 18, 7:00 p.m.
at the City/County Building

Will allow Public Comment to be heard on these two important issues of relevance to the Avenues:

A. SLC Wildland Urban Interface (WUI)

Ordinance Update

The ordinance change will regulate building codes, allowed materials and will modify landscaping rules in the designated interface area to reduce wildfire risk. See more HERE.

B. The proposed RMF 35 to 45 Zoning Ordinance Change

The ordinance change will allow increased building heights and lot coverages in the Avenues historic district areas, which could change the character of the Avenues. See more HERE.
